Last year, Kneuklid Romance released their first full album "Puzzle", and have since been doing numerous energetic live performances. In the moment when they proceeded with an unprecedented sense of speed, they seem to have accumulated irreplaceable "experience". Meanwhile, Kenichi's (g) injury, which occurred in early 1995, gave the band precious time to rethink themselves. We hope that from this long-awaited, full member interview, you can experience the real Kneuklid Romance and their growth.

▶ As to be expected, I think all of your fans are worried, so let's talk about Kenichi's hospitalization first.

Yukino (Y): This year’s “Behind the Mask” event started on January 15th, and there were live performances in Sendai and Niigata after that. After Sendai was over, his eye was in bad shape, so I told him, "The schedule's empty for a day, so please go to the hospital."

Kenichi (K): When I went to the hospital, it was a retinal detachment, and since it was my third one, the doctor told me, "Don't move, I'll operate tonight"........ And when I tried to contact the other members, I couldn't reach any of them. (lol). You can't even move, and if you have a bad surgery, you really won't be able to move this time, right? That's why I was in the hospital for about 6 hours...

Gaz (G): He contacted me at about 4.

Y: I was anxious, but the part where I had to think positively was very big, so we suddenly decided to do a live performance with four people.

G: It was an event that the Vogue people worked hard to plan, so I was very happy to be able to participate, and I had a strong desire to make it a success.

Y: Next time, think about how to avoid worrying our audience. Even if it wasn’t exactly the same, I wonder how many fans can enjoy it like that.

▶ How was it, actually?

Y: I think the concert itself went well because the people around me cooperated a lot, gave previews, and the audience was understanding.

▶ What about the arrangement?

Juna (J): I took Kenichi's part...

G: I was frantically copying Kenichi's guitar and equipment (lol). I hurried into the studio in Niigata...

K: When I got a fan letter while I was resting, it said, "Everyone was working hard", okay, okay, okay... (lol).

▶ Did you want to see just the four of them play?

K: I really wanted to see it! Looking at the letter, it says something interesting. If only Juna had been cosplaying me (lol).

▶ Oh, is that so?

No. Please no, not again.

J: No, I think it's bad for the people who came to see Kenichi.
